Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

Products purchased from MASTER are eligible for return or replacement only in cases of:

• Manufacturing defects
• Transit damage
• Wrong product delivered

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery along with clear photo/video proof of the issue.

Products must be unused and returned in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and invoice copies.

Returns or replacements will not be accepted for:

• Customer expectation mismatch
• Used or damaged products due to misuse

Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment source within 7–10 working days.
