Legal Basis This policy is framed in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019; Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020; and the Information Technology Act, 2000. It applies to all purchases made on www.masterindia.in. |
1. Overview
Master ('We', 'Us', 'Company') is committed to delivering your orders safely, on time, and at the best possible cost. This Shipping & Delivery Policy ('Policy') explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed on www.masterindia.in across India.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms of this Policy. This Policy must be read together with our Return & Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions.
2. Shipping Coverage
2.1 Pan India Delivery
Master delivers to all serviceable pin codes across India. We use reputed third-party logistics partners to ensure reliable and timely delivery to every corner of the country.
2.2 International Shipping
Currently, Master does not offer international shipping through www.masterindia.in. For export or international trade enquiries, please visit: www.masterindia.in/pages/export-enquiries-form

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Master offers Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option for eligible orders across India. The following conditions apply to COD orders:
• COD is available on orders up to a maximum value as displayed at checkout (subject to change without notice).
• A COD handling fee may be applicable and will be shown at checkout before you confirm the order.
• You must be available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order in cash.
• If delivery is attempted and the payment is refused or you are unavailable, the order may be cancelled and future COD eligibility may be restricted.
• Repeated COD order cancellations or refusals may result in restriction of the COD option for your account, as per our fraud prevention measures.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation via SMS and/or email containing:
• Your Tracking ID / AWB Number
• The name of the logistics partner
• A direct tracking link
You can also track your order at any time by visiting: www.masterindia.in (Track Order link in the footer).
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to reflect on the logistics partner's website after dispatch.
8. Delivery Attempts & Undelivered Orders
8.1 Delivery Attempts
Our logistics partners will make up to 3 (three) delivery attempts at the address provided. If delivery cannot be completed after 3 attempts due to:
• Customer unavailability
• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Refusal to accept delivery
the order will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply for re-dispatching the order.
8.2 Undeliverable Orders
If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you within 5 business days to arrange re-delivery. If we are unable to reach you within 14 days, the order may be cancelled and a refund will be processed after deducting original and return shipping costs (if any).
8.3 Wrong Address
Master is not responsible for non-delivery or delayed delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. Please ensure your address, pin code, and contact number are accurate at the time of placing the order. Address changes after dispatch are not guaranteed and subject to logistics partner capability.
9. Damaged or Tampered Shipment
If you receive a shipment that appears visibly damaged, tampered, or opened:
• Do NOT accept the delivery. Ask the delivery executive to note the refusal reason.
• If already accepted, photograph the damaged packaging and product immediately.
• Contact our Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and photographs.
We will arrange a reverse pickup and either dispatch a replacement or process a full refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Your Rights: Under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, you have the right to receive goods in the condition promised. Accepting a damaged shipment does not waive your right to raise a complaint, provided you do so within the stipulated timeframe. |
10. Multiple Shipments
For combo orders or orders containing multiple products, items may be dispatched in separate shipments from different warehouse locations to ensure faster delivery. You will receive individual tracking details for each shipment. There is no additional charge for split shipments.
11. Shipping During Sales & Festive Periods
During major sale events (such as our ongoing FLAT 40% off sale) or festive seasons (Diwali, New Year, etc.), order volumes increase significantly. During these periods:
• Processing time may be extended by 1-2 additional business days.
• Delivery timelines may be longer than the standard estimates.
• We recommend placing orders well in advance of your required date.
We will communicate any known delays through banners on our website and order confirmation communications.
12. Shipping of Hazardous / Regulated Items
Certain products sold by Master, such as pressure cookers and gas stove components, are subject to BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) certification and regulatory compliance. These products are packaged and shipped in compliance with applicable transport safety regulations. If any product cannot be shipped to a specific region due to regulatory restrictions, we will notify you and process a full refund.
13. GST & Invoice
All orders include a GST-compliant tax invoice, which is shared via email or available in your account dashboard. The invoice reflects the product price inclusive of applicable GST, shipping charges (if any), and COD fees (if any). This invoice serves as your proof of purchase for warranty claims and returns.
14. Force Majeure
Master shall not be held liable for shipping delays or non-delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, pandemic-related restrictions, strikes, government-imposed lockdowns, or acts of war. In such cases, we will make best efforts to communicate the delay and deliver as soon as conditions permit.
