We are delighted to offer you the option to exchange any product that doesn't fit you within 7 days of receiving your parcel. However, please keep in mind that there will be an additional shipping fee for the exchange product, along with reverse pickup charges, which will be borne by the customer.

Although we take utmost care during our quality checks, in the rare event that you receive a damaged item, we are more than happy to exchange it for you. To ensure a smooth process, kindly provide us with an Unboxing Package Video to help us verify the damage. Once confirmed, we will arrange for a reverse pickup, and a new product will be shipped to you within 5-7 working days. Alternatively, we can generate a store credit for you.

Return / Refund / Cancellation Policy
We sincerely apologize that the item you received didn't meet your expectations. No need to worry, as we can initiate a return for you within 7 days of you receiving the parcel. Please note that we process refunds in the form of STORE CREDIT only, which has no time limit. Unfortunately, cash refunds are not available at this time.
Kindly be aware that reverse pickup and new shipment charges will be deducted from your store credit. This helps us in providing the best service to our customers and to maintain our high standards.
